Legacy Generation aims to provide positive role models to children and youth between ages 6 to 18 and beyond to certain individuals in need of an additional supportive relationship with an adult. Through our programs, children develop a sense of self-worth that is essential to successfully functioning in school, with health, relationships and eventually on the job.
To accomplish our mission and offer services in our community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Without the assistance of community-minded people like yourself, we wouldn't be able to serve those in our community each year.

It's established that all children benefit significantly from having fun and supportive relationship with a caring adult. Most individuals enrolled in the Legacy Generation Mentoring Program report that their mentor has helped them become more inclined to be helpful, respectful, and understanding of the rules set by adults in their lives.
Scholarships are one of many tools used by Legacy Generation to do charitable work. A scholarship is an award of financial aid for a student to further their education. Legacy Generation scholarships are awarded based upon various criteria, which usually reflect the values and purposes of the organization. Our Scholarships provide an opportunity for many people to earn an education. In a country where a college degree is beneficial during a job search, scholarships lessen the financial strain on many students.
Community-based Mentoring is the traditional Legacy Generation Mentoring relationship. It’s all about the time spent with the volunteer and the young individual doing things they enjoy — a few hours a couple of times a month filled with shared interests and activities that promote self-reliance, courage, personal fitness, and discipline.
Legacy Generation, Inc is the brainchild of Regina & Chris, conceived in 2019. After working with children of all ages for years, they became interested in giving back to the community by helping local youth. So, they decided to start their own organization.
Born and raised in Fairfax, VA, Regina is a military veteran who served for with the United States Marine Corps. She graduated from Park University in 2008 with a B.S in Business Management. She has been working for the United States Government for the past 20 years.
Born in Augusta, Georgia and currently lives in Stafford, VA. He is a military veteran who served with the United States Army. He graduated from Strayer University in 2018 with a B.S in Cyber Security. He has worked with the United States Government for over 20 years. He is the Co-Founder of Legacy Generation and has been working with youth for more than 17 years; coaching youth football and volunteering for community events.
Ms. Roberts has a B.A. in Psychology from Norfolk State University. She works as a recreation specialist for the Loudon County community. She helps to orchestrate educational programs, and activities by hosting large community events for a wide range of age groups and community leaders. She has experience with juvenile developing re-entry programs and was a part of a multi-disciplinary project team while coordinating with court officials. She's in constant communication with at-risk youth as a therapeutic day therapist identifing their strengths and weaknesses with alternative solutions to assist with problem solving. She also has extensive knowledge with planning, managing, marketing, and supervising childcare programs.
